The August 9 primary is fast approaching, and your choice for a state’s attorney may be your vote on criminal justice reform. Elected prosecutors are powerful players in our criminal legal system, and their policies and practices make a big difference in our communities.
On July 28th, we are co-hosting an online forum with the Women's Justice & Freedom Initiative where you can hear from the candidates in contested races. They are Tim Lueders-Dumont and Eva P. Vekos (Addison), Sarah George (Chittenden), and Michelle Donnelly and Bridget Grace (Washington). Chittenden County candidate Ted Kenney has declined to participate in the forum.
